Development and implementation of the Digital Transaction Management (DTM) has introduced an entirely new category of cloud service in the enterprise tech sector, and its speed, security and convenience has been instrumental in the development of strategic partner-ships with global players such as SAP, Deutsche Telekom, Intel Capital, Dell, Salesforce and Microsoft.
Sales have consistently grown more than 100% year-on-year, and DocuSign now has over 225,000 loyal customers across the world, dealing with businesses of all sizes.
From building a robust Emerging Markets network, to fostering a culture of support and collaboration throughout multiple teams, Dirk’s strategic vision has steered Criteo to tremendous growth and progress.
A strong focus on technology and continuous engine improvements have enabled Criteo to launch new channels and products such as in-app advertising, email marketing and the Universal Match solution over the past year. The company made its services available in over 130 markets, with Emerging Markets constituting the main part. The vast majority of the markets in CIS, Middle East and Africa have been launched under Dirk’s leadership since 2012. In that time he expanded the team from 1 to over 50.

Matt joined NewVoiceMedia with a remit to expand the global sales organisation, and accelerate growth through new customer acquisition, while maintaining trusted partnerships with existing ones.
He has led the global sales distribution strategy and execution, helping the company reach its objective of becoming a world leader in cloud customer contact technology. International new business grew by 528% in FY 2015, whilst the UK base continues to expand.
