Andy has been part of ZPG’s revenue growth story from £107 million in 2015 to an estimated £310 million for 2018, driving its market capitalisation from £800 million to £2.2 billion.
Since joining in 2016, Andy has taken the finance lead on six acquisitions and six start-up partnerships, leading on several equity and debt rounds, including the firm’s first £200m public market bond raise in just eight weeks. In May 2018, ZPG were also acquired by the US PE firm Silver Lake for $3 billion.
Andy is also instrumental in sharing ZPG’s investor relations equity story, driving clarity internally on strategy, and in aligning the wider leadership and team to execute against that.
Andy is proud of the team he’s built, developing a 40 strong finance group who can thrive in, and actively support, ZPG’s entrepreneurial environment.

Ian is building a best in class Finance team at WorldRemit – over the last twelve months he and his team have helped over two million customers instantaneously complete more than 10 million transactions, sharing over £2 billion of remittances.
Ian’s philosophy of a “Positive, no surprises, financial environment focused on growth and shareholder return” has meant that during his two-year tenure annualised revenue has grown from £25m pa to over £80m pa – with even greater acceleration in 2018 and an IPO on the horizon.
As CFO, Fiona was integral to the sale of MATCHESFASHION to Apax Partners for $1 billion in 2017 and ran the diligence process for MATCHESFASHION. She has also owned the development and implementation of the company’s data warehouse and business intelligence (BI) tools, which are fundamental to the company’s growth plans.
She is proud of helping investors understand why the company is so special, and in the finance team’s ability to prove it with data as well. The firm has seen strong top line growth, is managing that growth profitably, and hitting its KPIs.
